Blooming whispers

March has never been my favourite month. It is a time of transition, lacking distinct beauty.
Neither here nor there.
The trees remain bare, the weather unpredictable, and the body feels weary. Yet, there lingers the memory of crocuses and other early spring blossoms—tiny bursts of colour pushing through the cold earth. They bring joy and colour; a new beginning.
I carry this meadow within me.

Is it day, is it night
Open hands stir the celestial waters
Restless tides shift within me,
Slow and dark
a firm hand wipes the surface revealing the shape beneath.

Comfort zone. The inner-land of a cosy afternoon.

Sitting on the sofa, I watch the sky shift to dusk, the cool air still outside. I close my eyes, letting everything go, finding my comfort zone.
